The Role

This is a key managerial position, responsible for ensuring the smooth and high-quality operation of our popular establishment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Bar Management: Overseeing all bar operations, including making alcohol orders, managing stock, and ensuring compliance.

• Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of waiters and front-of-house staff.

• Service Excellence: Ensuring a consistently smooth and efficient service for all customers.

• Quality Control: Checking food quality to ensure consistency and adherence to The Pizza Tavern standards.

• Staff Development: Training junior staff to become "super waiters" and effective team players.

• Operational Standards: Staying on top of all cleaning and maintenance schedules.

Details

• Hours: 30–40 hours per week.

• Ideal start date soon after 15th February

• Wages: Competitive wages based on experience, plus tips.
